     4(15 ÷ (7 x + 18) + 9) + 3 = 19
    Remove a bracket on the left of the equation::
     4 × 15 ÷ (7 x + 18) + 4 × 9 + 3 = 19
    The equation is reduced to :
     60 ÷ (7 x + 18) + 36 + 3 = 19
    The equation is reduced to :
     60 ÷ (7 x + 18) + 39 = 19
     Multiply both sides of the equation by:(7 x + 18)
     60 + 39(7 x + 18) = 19(7 x + 18)
    Remove a bracket on the left of the equation:
     60 + 39 × 7 x + 39 × 18 = 19(7 x + 18)
    Remove a bracket on the right of the equation::
     60 + 39 × 7 x + 39 × 18 = 19 × 7 x + 19 × 18
    The equation is reduced to :
     60 + 273 x + 702 = 133 x + 342
    The equation is reduced to :
     762 + 273 x = 133 x + 342

    Transposition :
     273 x 133 x = 342762

    Combine the items on the left of the equation:
     140 x = 342762

    Combine the items on the right of the equation:
     140 x = - 420

    The coefficient of the unknown number is reduced to 1 :
      x = - 420 ÷ 140
        = - 420 ×
