      - 31 ÷ (2( - 2 x + 3)) + 14 = 15
     Multiply both sides of the equation by:(2( - 2 x + 3))
      - 31 + 14(2( - 2 x + 3)) = 15(2( - 2 x + 3))
    Remove a bracket on the left of the equation::
      - 31 + 14 × 214( - 2 x + 3) = 15(2( - 2 x + 3))
    Remove a bracket on the right of the equation::
      - 31 + 14 × 214( - 2 x + 3) = 15 × 215( - 2 x + 3)
    The equation is reduced to :
      - 31 + 2814( - 2 x + 3) = 3015( - 2 x + 3)
    The equation is reduced to :
      - 314( - 2 x + 3) = 3015( - 2 x + 3)
    Remove a bracket on the left of the equation:
      - 3 + 14 × 2 x 14 × 3 = 3015( - 2 x + 3)
    Remove a bracket on the right of the equation::
      - 3 + 14 × 2 x 14 × 3 = 30 + 15 × 2 x 15 × 3
    The equation is reduced to :
      - 3 + 28 x 42 = 30 + 30 x 45
    The equation is reduced to :
      - 45 + 28 x = - 15 + 30 x

    Transposition :
     28 x 30 x = - 15 + 45

    Combine the items on the left of the equation:
      - 2 x = - 15 + 45

    Combine the items on the right of the equation:

    By shifting the terms and changing the symbols on toth sides of the equation, we obtain :
      - 30 = 2 x

    If the left side of the equation is equal to the right side, then the right side must also be equal to the left side, that is :
     2 x = - 30

    The coefficient of the unknown number is reduced to 1 :
      x = - 30 ÷ 2
        = - 30 ×
