                                               = 8 k k − 12 k − 6(4 k − 6)
                                               = 8 k k − 12 k − 6 × 4 k + 6 × 6
                                               = 8 k k − 12 k − 24 k + 36
                                               = 8 k k − 36 k + 36
    The equation is transformed into :
      - 2 k + 6 = 8 k k − 36 k + 36

    After the equation is converted into a general formula, it is converted into:
    ( 4k - 5 )( k - 3 )=0
