[ 1/1 Equation]
    Work: Find the solution of equation (120-x)÷(-120-x) = 40÷60 .
    Question type: Equation
    Solution:Original question:
     (120 x ) ÷ ( - 120 x ) = 40 ÷ 60
     Multiply both sides of the equation by:( - 120 x )
     (120 x ) = 40 ÷ 60 × ( - 120 x )
    Remove a bracket on the left of the equation::
     120 x = 40 ÷ 60 × ( - 120 x )
    Remove a bracket on the right of the equation::
     120 x = - 40 ÷ 60 × 12040 ÷ 60 × x
    The equation is reduced to :
     120 x = - 80
2
3
x

    Transposition :
      - x +
2
3
x = - 80120

    Combine the items on the left of the equation:
      -
1
3
x = - 80120

    Combine the items on the right of the equation:
      -
1
3
x = - 200

    By shifting the terms and changing the symbols on toth sides of the equation, we obtain :
     200 =
1
3
x

    If the left side of the equation is equal to the right side, then the right side must also be equal to the left side, that is :

1
3
x = 200

    The coefficient of the unknown number is reduced to 1 :
      x = 200 ÷
1
3
        = 200 × 3

    We obtained :
      x = 600
    This is the solution of the equation.
