     Left side of the equation = 40000(1 + r )6 + 40000(1 + r ) + 40000(1 + r )
    The equation is transformed into :
     40000(1 + r )6 + 40000(1 + r ) + 40000(1 + r ) = 0
    Remove the bracket on the left of the equation:
     Left side of the equation = 40000 × 1 + 40000 r 6 + 40000(1 + r ) + 40000(1 + r )
                                             = 40000 + 40000 r 6 + 40000(1 + r ) + 40000(1 + r )
                                             = 39994 + 40000 r + 40000(1 + r ) + 40000(1 + r )
                                             = 39994 + 40000 r + 40000 × 1 + 40000 r + 40000(1 + r )
                                             = 39994 + 40000 r + 40000 + 40000 r + 40000(1 + r )
                                             = 79994 + 80000 r + 40000(1 + r )
                                             = 79994 + 80000 r + 40000 × 1 + 40000 r

    The equation is transformed into :
     119994 + 120000 r = 0

    Transposition :
     120000 r = 0119994

    Combine the items on the right of the equation:
