    Remove the bracket on the right of the equation:
     Right side of the equation = 3000 × 13000 x + 4000(1 + 2 x )(1 x )
                                               = 30003000 x + 4000(1 + 2 x )(1 x )
                                               = 30003000 x + 4000 × 1(1 x ) + 4000 × 2 x (1 x )
                                               = 30003000 x + 4000(1 x ) + 8000 x (1 x )
                                               = 30003000 x + 4000 × 14000 x + 8000 x (1 x )
                                               = 30003000 x + 40004000 x + 8000 x (1 x )
                                               = 70007000 x + 8000 x (1 x )
                                               = 70007000 x + 8000 x × 18000 x x
                                               = 70007000 x + 8000 x 8000 x x
                                               = 7000 + 1000 x 8000 x x
    The equation is transformed into :
     7000 = 7000 + 1000 x 8000 x x

    After the equation is converted into a general formula, it is converted into:
    ( x - 0 )( 8x - 1 )=0
    From
        x - 0 = 0
        8x - 1 = 0
