     18 × 12 − (18 − 2 x )(12 − 2 x ) = 144
     Left side of the equation = 216 − (18 − 2 x )(12 − 2 x )
    The equation is transformed into :
     216 − (18 − 2 x )(12 − 2 x ) = 144
    Remove the bracket on the left of the equation:
     Left side of the equation = 216 − 18(12 − 2 x ) + 2 x (12 − 2 x )
                                             = 216 − 18 × 12 + 18 × 2 x + 2 x (12 − 2 x )
                                             = 216 − 216 + 36 x + 2 x (12 − 2 x )
                                             = 0 + 36 x + 2 x (12 − 2 x )
                                             = 0 + 36 x + 2 x × 12 − 2 x × 2 x
                                             = 0 + 36 x + 24 x − 4 x x
                                             = 0 + 60 x − 4 x x
    The equation is transformed into :
     0 + 60 x − 4 x x = 144

    After the equation is converted into a general formula, it is converted into:
    ( x - 3 )( x - 12 )=0
    From
        x - 3 = 0
        x - 12 = 0
    it is concluded that:：
        x1=3
        x2=12
