    The inequality can be reduced to 1 inequality:
         sqrt ( ( x ^ 2 - 3 * x + 1 ) * ( -x ^ 2 + 3 * x ) ) > -3 * x ^ 2 + 9 * x - 2         (1)
        From the definition field of √
         ( x ^ 2 - 3 * x + 1 ) * ( -x ^ 2 + 3 * x ) ≥ 0        (2 )

    From inequality(1):
         x < 0.295841 或  x > 2.704159
    From inequality(2):
         0 ≤ x ≤ 0.381966 或  2.618034 ≤ x ≤ 3

    From inequalities (1) and (2)
         0 ≤ x < 0.295841 或  2.704159 < x ≤ 3     (3)

    The final solution set is :

         0 ≤ x < 0.295841 或  2.704159 < x ≤ 3
