         ( ( 10 ^ ( -6 ) ) + ( 10 ^ ( -21 ) ) * ( x ^ 2 ) ) * ( ( 2501 * x + ( 10 ^ 8 ) ) ) >= ( 5 * ( 10 ^ ( -6 ) ) * x + 500 ) / ( 0.18 )         (1)
